At Focus Jiu-Jitsu we are very proud of the dedication, integrity and knowledge of the instructors who are at your disposal in our academy. In addition to the vast experience of each in teaching our martial art, each of our instructors currently competes or has competed internationally and, among the titles won by our team of instructors, are World and European titles.
Jiu-Jitsu for everyone. Whether you are looking to learn self-defense, start a hobby, keep yourself fit or competition, Focus Jiu-Jitsu has something for you. The format of our classes is designed for all students to learn past techniques and concepts, always with the values of martial art present as respect and mutual help, in a positive and fun atmosphere.
We invite you to have a free trial class . At Focus Jiu-Jitsu we welcome our beginner students with a few private classes to fit the student in Jiu-Jitsu and explain the basic concepts, techniques and movements of our martial art before he starts his training in group classes. The first class will be completely free of charge.
