Whether the goal is self defense, fitness or competition, our Women's Jiu-Jitsu classes are suitable to meet the needs of any woman who wants to practice Jiu-Jitsu.
This class is led by our teacher Jana Sales. In addition to being a mother and wife, Jana is also European Champion in her category and in the absolute (All weights together), and is willing to help you achieve your goals. We invite you to try it!
Objectives of the program:
Develop attack and defense techniques, as well as exits from disadvantageous positions
Teaching the key concepts of Jiu-Jitsu
Promote social interaction among women who practice Jiu-Jitsu
Classes consist of:
Fundamental techniques of Jiu-Jitsu
Overview of all fighting positions and situations
Mobility and agility exercises
Body weight exercises
